In redooring we are going to replace your existing doors and drawer faces and replace them with a new style and color of your choosing. Here we paint the cabinet’s exterior and install new full overlay doors and drawer faces. This dramatically alters the appearance of what you had. The layout may be the same, but the look is totally new.
The process:
We begin by removing the existing doors, drawer fronts, and any drawers being replaced.
This is followed up with a thorough cleaning of the cabinet exterior, especially around the cooking area.
We then repair and touch up the cabinet face frame, e.g. filling holes, dents, cracks and gouges.
Now the cabinets are ready for painting; a primer followed by two finish coats.
Drawers which are being replaced are now installed with soft close slides.
Next, new doors with soft close hinges and door fronts are put up.
Finally, your new pull and knob hardware is put on.
